These terms explain how you may use missbnanny.com, and what belongs to Miss B Nanny. Please read them before you use the site.

Who we are

missbnanny.com is operated by Miss B Nanny LLC, a California limited liability company founded by Sara Brennan. Miss B Nanny is part of the Miss B family alongside Miss B’s Children’s Club, and is a separate company. When these terms say we, us or Miss B Nanny, they mean Miss B Nanny LLC.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Miss B Nanny, to register as a family or as a nanny, and to use the portals if we have invited you. Please use the site lawfully and with care. Please do not copy or collect content from the site by automated means, interfere with its security or operation, try to reach areas that are not meant for you, or use the site to contact families or nannies for a purpose we have not agreed.

Our copyright

The content of this site, including its text, page designs, layouts, illustrations, photographs, forms and code, is protected by copyright. Copyright in material created by Miss B Nanny LLC belongs to Miss B Nanny LLC. Some material in the wider Miss B family, such as the Miss B curriculum and brand artwork, belongs to its respective owners and remains theirs. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, and not for commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, adapting, publishing, selling, or using our material to build a similar service, needs our written permission. All rights are reserved.

Our trademarks

Miss B Nanny and the Miss B Nanny crest are trademarks of Miss B Nanny LLC. Other names and marks in the Miss B family belong to their respective owners. Please do not use our names or marks, or anything confusingly similar, in a business name, domain name, social media handle or advertisement without our written permission.

What you share with us

When you register or use a portal, you may give us information, photographs, video, documents and messages. They remain yours. You allow us to use them only to run the service for you, including making and managing introductions, as described on our Privacy page. You confirm that what you share is true, and that you have the right to share it, including any image of a child or another person.

Accounts and portals

Portal access is by invitation, after we have reviewed your registration. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens in your account. Please tell us promptly at hello@missbnanny.com if you think someone else has used it. We may pause or close access where these terms or our Registration Terms are not followed.

What we are

Miss B Nanny is a referral agency. We introduce families to nannies. We are not the employer of any nanny. The information on this site is general, and is not legal, tax or employment advice. The Registration Terms for families and for nannies explain the arrangement in full.

This site may link to other websites and services. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Reporting a concern

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, or you see something that should not be here, please write to hello@missbnanny.com with the page address and a short explanation. We will respond promptly and with care.

Limits on our responsibility

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent California law allows, Miss B Nanny LLC, its owner, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Miss B Nanny grows, and the date on this page will show when. California law governs these terms, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Santa Barbara County, California. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
