About Miss B Nanny
Miss B Nanny is part of the Miss B family, an extension of Miss B’s Children’s Club, founded in Santa Barbara, California.
We train our nannies the Miss B way, integrating B Scopes technology to support the pairing of every nanny and family. Miss B nannies receive extensive training and support throughout their positions, setting a new standard for childcare.

Meet the founder
Sara is the founder of Miss B Nanny, a natural extension of Miss B’s Children’s Club in Santa Barbara, California. Long before her work in the USA, she worked as a nanny in London and Sydney, caring for little ones and becoming a trusted part of family life, flexible to all that it asks.
Sara’s extensive experience across early childhood education is at the heart of everything we do. Every nanny is trained the Miss B way, with one aim, to bring excellence and warmth to every family we care for.

Every nanny completes our six week training course and holds at least twelve units in early childhood education within his or her specialism.
Years of experience with children from birth to eight, with extensive references, background checks, a home visit and a trial before any placement begins.
Every nanny and every child has a B Scope. We use both to pair each family with the nanny who will suit them best.

B Scopes
B Scopes is the heart of the Miss B curriculum, a holistic tool we use to understand the whole child. It draws upon the three key parts of the sky a child was born under. The Sun shows who he or she is at heart, the Moon how he or she feels and finds comfort, and the rising sign how he or she meets the world.
This is how we make the perfect match. Every nanny and every child has a B Scope, and we read the two side by side to pair each child with the nanny whose nature, warmth and way of playing complement his or her own. From there, a personalised early learning plan grows across every area of learning, from the very first day at home, never to predict, always to inspire.
